Because QuickPlace is private to your team you can feel confident about using it as an archive for your team’s important documents.
Team members can get the jump on team meetings by reviewing key information in QuickPlace whenever and wherever it is convenient for each individual. QuickPlace also creates a running history of ideas, decisions, and actions-taken that can be referred to and leveraged in the future.
With a QuickPlace you can:
- Share a wide variety of content and documents via a secure, web-based tool
- Conduct "conversations" via threaded discussion pages
- Schedule, record and track activities with the Calendar and Task functions
