First, we take the time to understand the way you do your job by experiencing it first-hand. Then, we use what we’ve learned to build a series of proto-types. These early versions are actually used by pilot groups and by our designers themselves for doing real work.

We encourage feedback during product development and enable it by building a direct line of communications to product designers right into the proto-types. This communications flow leads to applications that work the way you think they should.
